Fat free cottage cheese? Also Woolies does a good reduced fat cream cheese 👌 

You don't have to compromise on mayonnaise! Just use the Nola Lite Mayonnaise! The nutritional information will show you why. It was recommended by our dietician too. 

True that I feel I can’t face them some days 🤮 

I mix Greek yoghurt, a touch of chutney for balance, drops of lemon juice and pinch salt  

Woolies Salad Cream is my go-to.. it's not quite as high in calories as other mayos and it tastes so good with everything. I haven't found a lite mayo I enjoy. I just love proper mayo and I rather cut elsewhere than be without it!  

I eat my boiled eggs with the 1000 islands zero sauce from mr. sauce.. it is a lot lower in calories than normal sauces and I love the taste.  

I thin my mayo ( I use trim for an extra lean option) with greek yoghurt, add some lemon juice, sweetner, chilly.... Whatever you like.  

Greek Yoghurt mixed with hot sauce and a little lemon juice. Use seasoned yoghurts for salad dressings, too. yoghurt + vinegar + salt + pepper + oregano or chives.
