There have been a lot of treats lately thanks to different events taking place. Cake and ice cream etc, etc. Weight has crept back up above my 195lb target.
The cold weather seems to have boosted my appetite. I'm eating way more peanuts/mixed nuts. I think the body wants more Winter fat :)

I just read your bio. What I discovered during my journey was if I went way under my calorie recommendation my body would hold on to the fat. For your weight, I would suggest you stick stay between 1500 and 1600 calories but adjust that down to the lower one after you lose 20 lbs or so. I watched my Macros too and tried to balance them daily. Hang in there we all learn so much during the process. 👍🏼
