I just read your bio. What I discovered during my journey was if I went way under my calorie recommendation my body would hold on to the fat. For your weight, I would suggest you stick stay between 1500 and 1600 calories but adjust that down to the lower one after you lose 20 lbs or so. I watched my Macros too and tried to balance them daily. Hang in there we all learn so much during the process. 👍🏼
