Good on you for staying positive and keeping on working towards your goal.
For me, I have just had a weeks holiday on a Pacific island, snorkelling, walking and relaxing. Came back inspired to continue the battle to be as healthy as i can. So walking an average of 9.5 km a day. Have been going to a Pilates class now once a week for the last six weeks. Today i am going to add swimming once a week into the mix. Exercise is the way to go for me. Strangely, the more I exercise the more i am inclined to eat smaller amounts of food and to make healthy choices.
