Well here is an update of my visit to the doctors office I actually did pretty good for it being my first month. I lost a total of 14 pounds. I was put on a different medication though, now I am on something named "neobes anfrepamona 75" and I am to do a 1400 per day diet, my last diet was 1500 but I tried to keep it below the 1000, hopefully I can do it again...and this pill is a little bit stronger..hopefully it will help me meet my goal pretty soon!
