It has been a horrible year for me. Depression, stress, and my mobility issues had made weight loss near impossible. Today I’m giving it another try. I’m back on my other depression meds and hopefully I can stick with this!!! This is by far the heaviest I’ve ever been. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

You can do this it is very difficult especially when there are issues with mobility every little movement helps you can do this. You’ve already made the greatest step is starting to focus on this new venture my best to you.

You can do it! set a very reasonable calorie limit, and track religiously. Add in a reachable exercise goal, and those pounds will melt! Slowly. But surely. Wishing you the best! 😘

The one thing you have full control over is the quality and quantity of the foods you eat. I don’t know what your mobility issues are but even an upper body exercise program done at home helps with calorie burn. If you have access to an indoor pool that would be terrific. You can do so much more in the water than you can on land. The water acts as that resistance we need, and it contributes to you having a feeling of having some control of your situation. So much encouragement! Thank you everyone! I have missed my pool this summer. I’ll get a new liner by spring. My first goal is to get back to 271. Then, my next goal is 245 I think they will do my knee replacement if I get down to that weight. Thanks again for all your support. Your thoughts and prayers especially! 😍
