So I actually started my weight loss journey on 112.5Kg the heaviest I have ever been.

I remembered when I put my first goal weight of 79 in and thinking to myself I would never get there.

well here I am 40Kg lighter. I feel like I new person. I also had a lot of stops and starts and giving up and starting over. this is definitely a lifestyle but so worth it.

This sounds so cliche, but, if I can do it you can do it too. there is NO easy way of loosing the weight other than meal prep and taking it meal for meal, day for day, week for week until you reach your goals.

Be proud, stay strong and remember you are better than what ever you crave...

Once I started being really committed, about 20 months, during that time, I had to recover from a fractured femur that took 4 months, too. That was the real test not to go back to just eating because I was feeling sorry for myself (with good reason this time, not everyone that can say they were shot and survived) and I obviously had a good excuse as I could not exercise. I stuck to my routine and if any that made me more determined to proof I am stronger than food and circumstances. Just one day at a time and Love yourself this is really a journey. 💙💙💙
