Here are my progress pictures so far. Two older photos and two new ones from today. While I have a lot further I want to go I am excited with my progress over the last few months as this is as thin and as muscular as I have ever been. Goal is to cut fat while maintaining most of my muscles by doing a small calorie deficit and lifting weights 5 days a week. Want to stay in calorie deficit until I can see good definition in my abs. Once I know I can get there might try doing bulking and cutting.
