a tiny drop but I guess better than none at all. to describe how I feel at the moment is easy... uncomfortable. my stomach is in total disarray... I've had pain and bloating for quite a few days now. I'm beginning to think I might have caught some bug. so I'm actually hoping that this is a factor in my unhappy weight gain. time will tell.
started my mild egg fast yesterday... I'm going for a week to see if things settle down. if not then I'm going to do a restart. I'll carb up over one meal in the weekend and then commence another protein fast.
