7 Diet Cokes again today, and I’ll probably have one when I wake up later. Did drink three bottles of water. Did walk 4 miles. Very bad knee pain today, so only did 1/3 of my PT exercises. Had to be on my feet to cook food for church picnic tomorrow, and have to cook more in the morning. Today, I’ve had to take Tylenol every 4 hours, had to take a pain pill, used Voltaren, and iced about six times. Lowest pain level today has been 4, highest was 7. Praying the knee won’t hurt tomorrow, as I will have very little opportunity for icing it. Things I’ll be eating 2m0: fried chicken, baked beans, macaroni & chz, corn pudding, and pecan pie. Bowels still not cooperating, though weight was down a bit today. I don’t know how!
