Wanted pizza, soo I made keto pizza. Cauliflower base. I'm so impressed, and it actually yummy.😁

Madeleine1963, thank you. I can't tell you specifically how much cauliflower I used but after a squeezed the liquid from it must've been about a cup. About 2cups cauli before drained 1x egg, 0.5 cup of Mozzarella, about 1/8cup parmesan. Spices your own preference add enough. I added crushed garlic too. Grate and cook cauliflower, let cool. Then use cheese cloth or tea towel to really squeeze out all liquid. I got 200ml out. 😳 Add ingredients together, form pizza base on baking sheet& pan. I baked for about 15min on 200 then flipped over for another 5min. Just watch it, mine started darkening so I lowered the temp for last 5min. Then add your toppings and let them cook, it took maybe another 8 or so min. Pinterest is my go to for all recipes if mine doesn't make sense.

@ toufee, like previously mentioned I didn't weigh the cauliflower. But the pizza with all toppings was about 645calories.

🙈Me too! I klapped the whole thing one time. But to be fair I'd eaten very little the whole day. 🤣😂😅 It did make me feel fuller than a regular pizza would too.
