If this gives you some perspective on how big my office is, I clocked about 2.5 miles just running around it yesterday 🤣 I get sooooo cheated when I forget to keep my phone in my pocket!

Went up and down our basement stairs once or twice. Does that count 🤔 

Might have to do it, MattRide! I could use the sleep monitor, too, since mine's so screwy. I downloaded a sleep coach app, but it's a bit hard to come up with the data it wants. By the time I get up, I don't always remember how many times I woke up during the night, and I don't always have a good sense of how long it took me to get back to sleep  

Most definitely recommend a smart watch. I love how mine records my sleep for sure. Helps explain a lot on what foods at night may aggravate my sleep. It knows when I’m on a hike or just on a walk outdoors somewhere. And I can wear it swimming to track those calories burned as well.  

What timing on your picture…Nice! Yes, Fitness/Sleep/Waterproof watch is sooo helpful. 

This is not absolutely outstanding photo of a gray heron, unless I’m wrong. I actually took a photo of a white egret very similar to this. It takes a lot of patience and waiting for them to takeoff. In order to capture it. Well done. It’s absolutely stunning..👏👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

If this picture was taken in the USA, it is most likely a Great Blue Heron. The Grey Heron is native to Europe, Asia and Africa.
