Drank 3 waters today. Yesterday’s 5 were too much - I didn’t make it to the bathroom to peel when I woke up in the night, even though I quit the water at 2pm. Diet Coke never presents that problem.
But, I’ve been keeping track of how many DC’s I’ve been drinking and today has been terrible: EIGHT of them in the past 12 hours, and I will still drink more when I wake up later tonight. I opened a 12-oz can at 4am, 6am, 7am, 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm and just now at 4:30. I can’t afford this addiction!
