Guys!!!! You have to try this! Mushrooms (portebello) marinaded in balsamic, garlic,thyme,olive oil & some soy to cut the tart flavour +spices(s&p,nutmeg,cumin) I added spinach towards end too. Sooo good. Once again I didn't follow a recipe just winged it.

George it was delicious, I'm honestly impressed with the combination. Who'd have thought mushrooms and balsamic vinegar.
