Down 5.2 pounds for the week! AND it’s a new low for me: 184.0. That’s the lowest I’ve been since August of 2019! That year, I got down to 171.2 (for 2 days in April, before starting to go up again - I hovered in the 170’s for about six weeks, though). Here’s hoping and praying that when (not if) I get back in the 170’s, it will just be a blip on my way down to even lower weight. Even though my weight loss has been excruciatingly slow, it’s encouraging to know that I’m only 12.8 pounds away from being the lowest I’ve been in SIX years (started FatSecret on 9/3/2017). This gives me renewed motivation! I want to change my GOAL weight from 185 (which I’ve already met) to 171, which will be the lowest in my history on FS. But, I can’t find where to change weight goal. Help?
