Today I was thinking about my
Skinny days when I use to be 175 for years and one time I got down to 160! Then I would complain I need to lose weight—now that I’m my
Highest weight 213–I wonder what the hell i was complaining about! 175 lbs that’s my goal number. But I’m trying to just focus on 1 lbs at a time.
I miss my cloths the most.

You need structure. I know your life is in upheaval status right now. This is a good time to decide what your new lifestyle is going to look like. What diet and exercise will realistically fit for the rest of your life. Set yourself up for success. Whether you use paper or electronics, schedule your days for the next few weeks, Do It! Plan moving, settling in to new home and job, but also plan what and when you are going to eat. Find a YMCA nearby that you can use for fitness and meeting people. If you don't plan to succeed you're planning to fail. This is your Perfect Opportunity KNOCKING. Blank Slate - - Write for Success!

I weighed 115 for many years as an adult. After menopause that all fell apart and I got up to 232. My parents would have been shocked as they were never fat.

Funny how that is. I look back at pics of when I was young and wonder why I was so hard on myself. So, I try to tell myself to lighten up and enjoy life! You'll get the weight off! I did that too (focus on one pound at a time.) It's so much less pressure on yourself!

I have thought EXACTLY the same thing. The day before I went to give birth to my first child, the GP who delivered the 9lb 3oz baby (and just about every baby around) told me I was going to be "A big fat mama". I weighed 210 pounds and had severe edema and I was 19. I remember feeling so much shame regarding my weight. It really overshadowed my entire life then. I was 180 lbs after giving birth, wish I was 180 lbs now..so I know what you're saying.

Yea I Wonder what they call this—-skinny nostalgia!! Loll to make a better point —in my 200s my curves are Definitely pronounced’ —I dress for My curves Rather than for my Cloths. There is no choice! LOLL basic cloths now make me look like I’m trying to be sexy. I Can no longer wear v Necks shirts, Or anything remotely tight shirts! It’s all lose shirts and tight legs

My favorite skinny nostalgic outfit is tube dress, And a statement piece necklace’! Tank tops with necklaces !! I still buy tube shirts but it’s just not the same

Yup -- miss my clothes, too. I have pants and jackets from my 145 days that I really enjoyed wearing. Maybe we'll both model our old clothes 12 mos. or so from now!
