After a few days I’m still weighing the same! I am honestly very content with where I am right now on the scale. I feel fit and I feel healthy. This whole process has been an amazing lesson in finding what works for my body and learning to like how I feel. I haven’t been tracking my calories on this app recently. I feel like I have a strong grasp for how much is in food and how much protein I’m getting. This is all great progress.
