I love oatmeal and used to eat it for breakfast to help with weight loss. However, I'm gluten intolerant now and I can't eat it unless I want to be in pain all day. Any alternative suggestions?

Time to do a little homework. Oatmeal is NATURALLY gluten free. . Some oatmeal’s actually add to the box label that they are gluten free and processed in facilities that are free from other grains so no chance of accidental cross contamination.
