I didnt stay up to finish watching the debate..Last I saw they were all fighting..lol I really cnat stand Pence and Im a Conservative..lol I will be glad for weigh in day..I have tried so hard to stay in line with my eating all wk..I have only missed one day on not exersizing..but I do need to get back on the treadmill...I gotta get some new sneekers these hurt my feet! Its was so nice out at 6am when I got up..alot of cool wind, alot of rain..we so needed it..an now here comes the terrible heat 115 in the shade today..I hate being in the air cond. I would rather be outside but not in that heat! Have a great day everyone!
