Here is the recipe:
- 5 refrigerated eggs (separate egg white and egg yolk, frozen egg white)
- 60g corn oil (heated to about 70 degrees)
- 80g flour
- 70g milk
- 50g sugar (for egg whites)
*fillings: cheese, ham
*toppings: dried shredded pork, mayo
*you can use whatever you prefer for fillings & toppings
140 degrees for 60 minutes
