50g Roast Beef with a drizzle of Tajin Sauce, on 2 pieces of H/M Keto Bread, and 100g of Greek Yogurt for breakie. Not really into eating, but trying to keep the time restricted regimen intact. I considered fasting longer, but when I feel down, not eating will take me further down.

Thank you MorticiaAddams... I fast every day from 19:30 to 08:00 so it's a solid 12 hours... and I have my meal 'windows' with restraints... each window allows one hour... if I miss that window, tough bananas, gotta wait until the next window... which can make for a long fast, specially if I miss dinner.
