Thank for you pictures and your workout story’s ! You all inspire me to hold my self accountable and not give up ! While I’m getting healthier and losing weight and gaining a little muscle ! I’m breaking from alcohol and man , yesterday just out of instinct I almost grabbed my moms wine out of habit and took a sip. 😂 like David Googins would say , STAY HARD !
