Sick for 24 hours last week. Stayed in bed and didn’t really eat. Weighed the day after and was 188.2. Back on my walking eating plan - actually slipped up “just a little” because I’m being kind to myself and not giving into all or nothing thinking. Overall scale still moving in the right direction slowly but surely.
