Going to see a psychiatrist soon! Had a really bad breakdown, sometimes all of this is too much. I just want to eat what I want and be happy. Isn't easy with an eating disorder. I couldn't find what to eat, I never eat nice meals. Just plain food like cereal and bread. I got really bored of it, but I resulted to having it again. Other foods scare me, I am not sure why. I hope everyone is well, thanks for the support. Going home tomorrow, going to weigh myself let's see!

We can only control so much of our lives. It is perfectly fine to ask for help. As a friend of multiple people who have been through such issues, I am overjoyed that you are seeking some assistance with everything
