Broccoli is steamed and ready to portion, bag n freeze... made up a Peri Peri spice mix to do some B/S Chicken Thigh meat in. Thank Dog for a big Mortar and Pestle and strong wrists ;) Almost time for weigh in and then lunch... had a treat last night around 22:00, so had to push my fasting until Lunchtime 13:00-14:30. Next is on the list is vacuuming.

Good luck with all the little piles of stuff, Thank Dog here in my home is quite literal, I'm too weak at the moment to vacuum, it's been 2 days......my brown carpet is white from Dog hair, I'm hoping for more oomph tomorrow!
