Well, back to square one! Went on vacation & ate EXACTLY the same foods but was not able to exercise while traveling for 3 days. Got to Baltimore & gained 4 pounds! Stayed on Atkins the whole trip but didnt lose any of it back, even with jogging every other day. Went off the wagon on Monday 8/01 & ate cookies, fast food, carbs, you name it! Came home last night & had gained one more pound. Starting fresh today, no carbs or sugars & jogging 4 miles.
