Did so well over weekend visiting my sister, the blew it today; but who could say no to the pizza and ice cream in the fridge when i got back ;) besides taste testing the chocolate covered macadamia nuts that i brought home

One day at time. I keep telling myself that. Now I just need to remember that I will get into trouble if I buy more than a serving size of my kryptonite foods.

me too!! i did too!! I don't know what happened yesterday, i think i had a pity party that was pitiful!
