I have been in a really bad slump for a long time now. And I picked up an enormous amount of weight. I am now heavier than I have ever been.
But I am ready to try again.
Starting slow.
I do not want to fixate on losing weight this time. I am just going to try and make healthier choices as far as possible, and take in as little carbs as possible. I tried to change my kilojoule intake for the day to a bit more, so I can change the time I am giving myself, but I don’t know where on the app to do that. I also changed my gaol weight, to a higher weight, that is not at all where I want to be in the end, but I am setting smaller more obtainable goals, so it feels more reachable.
If this weight takes me 20 years to lose, that is fine too! As long as I am losing weight, and not faining, I am happy.
