Welp. Moving on.
Last night I wanted to buy skittles because it was a big bag and it was marked down and I just really have a bad candy habit. But I didnt. Thats tiny- but it tells me that Im starting to think about my goals again. Its hard to get back to that, and theres always the looming - "even if I do it now, Ill always slip back". I just want to feel good, and I dont know why I keep self sabotaging myself.
