Looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in. I dont think I've lost anymore weight though...I just dont feel like I have. I've stepped up my exercise and have been sore lately, so I am even anticipating a small gain. But I'm not worried about it. I'm eating well, exercising a bunch, and getting plenty of sleep. Overall I'd say I am pretty healthy! Especially now that my allergies have calmed down some. I still have chest congestion. Lame.

I am going to start posting pictures of myself in a workout bra and shorts with every weigh in so I can see my progress that way too. This is a scary though. haha

I'm still having a hard time eating my flexpoints and/or activity points. I either dont use them, or I use most of them at once...like this past Sunday at the church picnic. =x I certainly wasn't going to bypass the banana pudding though...the two servings I had were amazing. =x

My goal for September is to get below 150. Let's see if I can do it!

You have a great attitude and your weight loss chart looks wonderful. Photos are a great idea. I am the same way about the extra points, it is all or nothing. Keep up the good work.
