Thinking I got my head back in the game. It just sucks that it’s so much harder to take it off than it is to put it on. I need to work harder at getting my steps in my goal is only 4000. But sometimes that seems so exhausting

So right about losing being very much harder. Gaining was a thoughtless process, but losing is an exercise of hyper-awareness. Therefore, I listen to engaging podcasts when getting steps in so that I'm thoughtless about how hard it is. Usually, when the podcast is done, I'm pleasantly surprised that the goal has been surpassed. Hang in there!
