Home from camping 🏕️ it’s was cold but fun floating in river watching all the wildlife was great Eagles, ducks, geese, butterflies 🦋. blue cranes.Try to eat foods but got sick so went back to my normal way for now fasted a lot just not to be sick gained 1 lb from foods that made me sick! Glad it was only 1lb I’ll drop that by upping my water and a good walk! 🦋
