Haven't weighed yet, yesterday I did a mini-load so I expect a gain. Today is VLCD1 for round 3 of 2015. It's going to be a long round between 40ish days roughly.. I think I'm stopping beginning of September for a few weeks of P3.
Got my hair done. Really a stepping stone in kind of a new life journey sort of thing. New hair for new me sort of thing.

11/16 – 11/28 – No/low carb, no sugar 12 days

11/30 – 01/08/2016 – HCG VLCD (Christmas and New Year’s cheat days obviously) 53 days (26lb goal)
Loss goal for 2015: from June 2015-Jan 2016: 82 (including 13 lost from june-july), 69 left to go for the year.
