Monday's & Tuesday's are busy days for me. Just got home and left the house at 8:00. I'm sticking with the eating plan, thanks to my grocery shopping and pre-planning. I hope I can keep buying the right kind of foods. I'm really enjoying this. I find that eating a big breakfast really makes me feel great in the morning, I got a little hungry at lunch today, so I had my dinner at lunch time. The shakes really take the edge off my hunger and make a nice replacement meal. I feel very satisfied, although I'd love to have some toast with butter right now, but its just because I'm really tired and need to go to bed. My clothes are starting to feel a little looser, but no where near loose. I guess I should say they feel a little less tight.
