Tday I did not count calories.. I didn't have mindfulness or control. I've been like this since last week and we went away for the weekend..I hated taking photos because I feel so round.. especially my face.. I definitely look a lot better when I feel lighter. I've planned out my day tomorrow and one of the things I want to do is write in my diary each day. just 1 page. hoping it will make me more mindful! I will weigh myself too even though I'm dreading it!
