day so full! I swam the hardest ever! Felt my heart rate soar, and felt like I was really getting cardio going! hub still gone on business trip. So I told kids pizza! my fav...got them all situated and I had chicken! it worked. we watched a movie late last night and hunger and excuses running thru my head. I got a bowl of watermelon and a cheese stick and it was perfect!
