At 182.2, I have passed the halfway point between my starting weight of 240 (May 23, 2022) and goal weight of 125. In other words, I have now lost 57.8 pounds, in 59 weeks. I feel very good about that pace. That is only happening because I have found a WOE that works for me -- something sustainable. It only took forever to figure that out…LOL. 😁

On the NSV front, I have lost quite a few inches off my body. I wish I had measured all over, but I just concentrated on the “problems” areas of my butt, stomach, waist, and back (under the bust, around my bra band). I’m 5’2’’, and I hold most of my weight in my stomach and butt, so that’s what I concentrated on.

Back/chest: 8 inches
Waist: 12 inches
Stomach: 12inches
Butt: 13 inches
Pants size: starting size 26/ currently size 18/16 (depends on the brand).

The best part of all the changes is how much better my health and quality of life are. That's the true victory this week! 🎉

Great progress. You will get there. Once I met my goal, I took a picture of myself with the pants I had been wearing when I first started. Still have it as a reminder. I went from a 50 pants to a 36. I am currently at a 38, part of which is my wife told me I looked "too skinny". So, I gained some weight back. It is still an everyday challenge, but I will never go back. You will get there.

Bionici, it's crazy looking back at my old clothes now. When I put on my old jeans, I can put my arms in also.... On both sides. I would imagine by the time I achieve my goal weight, I will be able to fit in one side of the jeans.
