Hmm looking to make 2 ingredient Lentil wraps, anyone tried making these before? Tips welcome. The recipe calls for salt, but I won't add it, so that makes it a two ingredient recipe LOL Thinking I should use my blender, not my food processor.

I have. They are great. You made mine thicker so they were more of a pancake. Mostly because my pans suck and I couldn’t get it thin enough and a spatula under to flip without oil.

Good to know Agirlfreeman, thank you... I have really nice pans, but nothing non-stick... I have considered getting one, but have to be fussy, I use induction cook-tops.
