As of today, my weight still has not totally gone down. My abdominal pain has gone down a little, but I am still about 3.5 lbs. over where I should be, so still not changing my weight in FatSecret. The gas is going down a little, but it needs more time. I am still tooting it out. I did get reading glasses the other day at BJ's Optical. There is an eye doctor down the street from me that my new insurance will pay for. I will go to them next time I need an eye exam.

I know, I am going to finish this challenge in the midst of an IBS flare-up with bloating weight still to lose. There is not much I can do other than keep putting the heating pad on my stomach to prevent the pain and use my usual remedies until it stops.
