Treated myself to a toasted sandwich 456cals. Used to be higher with white bread and double the cheese, salami and butter. Oh, and I used to have 2 toasties, so...yeah, much better.

Just calculated what my old version of this meal was, with 2 toasties and double the toppings on white bread. It would have been 1302cals 🤯

oh my god...I really miss a good ham cheese and tomato toastie using thick cut sourdough and swiss cheese with lots of butter on the outside.....dream on haha

yummy comfort food 🤤 that portion control thing is always lurking in our psyche now... it boggles my mind too when I think of the volume of calories I regularly consumed 😬

I've never done a comparison like that before, but I think it might be worth doing it with foods that I miss or crave.
