Hello FatSecret! For those that know me, they know I've had ups and downs with my weight over the years. I do well when I follow a ketogenic/carnivore diet. Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Jason Fung, Dr. Annette Bozworth, and Dr. Anthony Chaffee are among some of the best people you can follow on YouTube for a solid understanding of a carbohydrate restricted lifestyle. You're in the battle every day, win or lose, the fight continues tomorrow. Ignore anyone that heckles your diet or brings negativity into your life, life is already too hard to make things worse, look for the positive and if anyone brings drama, hatred, or shade your way, do your best to ignore them. If you find anything I post irritating, triggering, annoying, or negative in any other way, ignore me, too! Trust me, I know, I'm not for everyone and that's ok, I will ignore you in return. Awww, the feeling is mutual my friend. I' haven't "weighed-in" in 637 days. I might change that on the 12th. I un-officially started a Keto re-boot in the first part of December last year. It's tough when you get stuck in an unhealthy pattern. My goal is 1 year of doing better. I'm half-way through that and it's had a huge positive effect on my health.

Looking great Phil! Your journey always amazed me! I was about your current age when I joined FS and I am in about the same condition as when I first joined, only older and with a couple of mobility issues that I am looking to fix. Glad to see you here, you were always an inspiration.

Iron Maiden is the only one that survived, I wish I had kept the rest of them but most of them succumbed to age and I prefer the faded black of older t-shirts to the "bright" black of new ones. lol

Hi Phil. Oliver was before my time but from what I have read you have met his twin sister. Anything you are doing wrong can be corrected by following her advice. If you don’t think she knows everything then just ask her and she will set you straight.
She has been quiet for a week and what a pleasant week it was.
