Well, I'm back...again. This time at 190 lbs. That's not official, but it's pretty darn close I'm sure. Went to the Dr. and had a long talk with him. I need to get my health in check while I'm still fairly young (43). So here goes...for the 4th time ugghh. The exercise is easy for me. Diet is my struggle. I LOVE food.
