2 weeks in Germany, working at the Special Olympics World Games, eating exactly whatever I wanted, and I came home pretty much where I left at. Of course, I walked SO MUCH that it all evened out. Since Ive been home, Ive wanted to go outside and walk but the air quality was so bad and I have no desire to hit a treadmill at the gym. What a sedentary life I have. A couple of days to rest was probably needed and Im going to start aiming to get my steps in again. Also, time to start actually watching what I eat again.
