Weighed this morning while getting ready to return to work.

2-week Vacation = 3-pound gain. *SIGH*

Back to work. And back to using my food diary and monitoring everything I eat....

I still want to reach 150 by summer's end...and 145 at some point fairly soon; can't do that by going in the wrong direction.

(Silver lining: At least I can still fit into my new "littler" clothes.)

Three pounds isn't too awful bad, really it isn't. I am with you on your goal for 150 by summer's end! When does summer end (how much time do we have?), anyway? Personally, I will be so darn happy to break into the 140 club! Wow, so close we are! BuffyBear kind of started a 5 pound for August challenge, are you game to try too?

I'm in too,I think I can lose at least five by the end of August.We start today!If I lose four more pounds I get sapphire earrings for my mini goal reward.So those five pounds NEED to come off!
