Finding that I am losing my motivation as I have not been able to walk due to injury to toe / foot. I find that I need that walk as it helps with not only my weight but my depression as well. I do have things to enter as I have had to keep a journal for my docotor and did not enter int FS. will catch up this week, but according to my scale I am still over 182 and I feel that I should be under 180 now. going to doctor for weigh in on wednesday and will know for sure. I'm thinking as well that I did better when I was on liquid only, having to arrange meals for myself alone is not a good thing as my husband won't eat any diet food! but I will keep on as best I can one day at a time.
