Today’s upper body session. Not my normal workouts as I’m trying something different. A local new trainer asked for some feedback. I get what they’re going for, but I think they could do with a little more programming experience, but we all start somewhere

So true! I'm walking and once I gain consistency there, I plan to branch out with weights.
