Sooooo I hit a plateau. What are some of the things you guys do to break through it. I'm up for suggestions! Thanks in advance!!

Changed the intensity of my workouts, eating zigzag calories ( i.e. Monday 1300 calories Tuesday 1000 calories). Then when the plateau is gone back to 1400 a day so as the workout schedule. 💪🏽🙌🏽
