Now weighing in at 65.1 Kgs. To be honest it could have been better! Too much alcohol and not enough exercise in my week off work. So the game is on!! back at work tomorrow, so more activity and more oppertunity for me to plan out my intake for the day.
I'd like to make it down to 63 Kgs by the next weigh in, that would be under the 10st barrier.
But hey any weight loss is a bonus
