Okie.... I have had an amazing weekend. I haven't counted calories or restricted my diet. My son turned 16 on Friday, father's day Sunday and my daughter turned 4 today😊 lots of birthday food🎂 tomorrow I will get back on track. I'm hoping my weekend of treats (didn't go overboard) will help with the plateau I've been on. 🤞🏻
