Cutting is going great. — 1,5kg for 10 days, stomach, legs and hips are looking better now :) I love how low % of body fat looks like on any body and can not do anything with that 😄🤷🏻♀️

“cutting” is when you do body recomposition: loosing fat but focus on keeping your muscles while you are on deficit, it requires special ratio of protein, fat, carbs

guys, it doesn’t really matter what exactly I eat
I mean it requires correct macros that should be calculate for each person
I usually eat clean food :
protein [ chiken, fish, sea food, tofu, tempeh ]
complex carbs [ whole grain rice , quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat, oat ]
fats [ eggs, fatty fish, seeds & nuts, 90-100% dark
chocolate ]
+ fiber feim different veggies
+ not much fruits
sometimes I can eat smth “not clean” like croissant or pizza but it’s really not often .. actually all food that already been prepared and sell in the shop/cafe/restaurant contain trans fat, sugar, and many other bad additives that do not contribute into our health :)
