Ugh. I've been sick this week and haven't done much exercising. I did Dance Jam on Sunday night, then went to Yoga on Tuesday night even though I wasn't feeling well. That was a mistake because I felt worse yesterday. =(
So I am taking it easy for a few days and not going to the gym. I am running a 5K on Saturday morning so I need to be healthy for it. I already paid my entry fee...I cant back out now!
I used 4.5 Flex Points yesterday because I had hot dogs for dinner. I wasn't the one in charge of dinner so I justs ate what was cooked for me...which ended up being hot dogs and maple baked beans. It was good though.
I had used 1 Flex Point on Sunday...so a total of 5.5 FP and its already Thursday, so not bad at all! Some days I didn't eat my 23 point allowance though. But like I said, I haven't been feeling well this week.
Not sure if I am going to weigh in tomorrow or not. I haven't done any exercise so I don't know if that will effect me negatively. We'll see. :)
